Refund Policy - Fundamentals
Okabayashi.USA offers personalized and technical document preparation services based on the information provided by the client. To ensure transparency and trust, we have established our Refund Policy as follows:
1. Services Started or Completed
- After the service has begun (e.g., filling out forms, organizing documents, translating, checking lists), no refunds will be issued, whether in whole or in part. 
- This applies even in cases where the client withdraws from the application, changes their strategy or misses deadlines with official authorities. 
2. Early Cancellation
- If the client wishes to cancel before the service begins, it will be possible to request a refund, deducting any administrative costs (e.g., initial consultation, appointment reservation, document analysis).

3. Non-Refundable Services
- Translation fees already incurred 
- Printing or postal deliveries already made 
- Fees paid to third parties (registry offices, post offices, USCIS, consulates, etc.) 
4. Refused Services
- If the service is refused or interrupted due to lack of cooperation, failure to send documents or non-compliance by the customer, no amount will be refunded. 
5. Deadline for Application
- The customer may request an evaluation for a refund within 3 business days after payment, as long as the service has not yet started. 
- After this period, the service is considered to have been accepted and scheduled. 
Final Remarks
 By making payment and contracting our services, the customer declares to be aware of and in agreement with the terms of this Refund Policy.
